Very interesting. I find it odd that the most vocal groups are the Catholic Church that has spent MILLIONS of dollars covering up child abuse and sheltering abusers after years and years of knowing about it. Abuse is something they claim to against too but have been very hush hush about it. It makes me wonder if they are against the requirement because they need more children to abuse.

The Obama administration took its first major step in a plan to ban all firearms in the United States. The Obama administration intends to force gun control and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nations and individuals such as George Soros and Michael Bloomberg.. The laws are designed and intended to lead to the complete ban and confiscation of all firearms. The Obama administration is attempting to use tactics and methods of gun control that will inflict major damage to our 2nd Amendment before US citizens even understand what has happened.
Obama can appear before the public and tell them that he does not intend to pursue any legislation (in the United States) that will lead to new gun control laws, while cloaked in secrecy, his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton is committing the US to international treaties and foreign gun control laws. Does that mean Obama is telling the truth? What it means is that there will be no publicized gun control debates in the media or votes in Congress. We will wake up one morning and find that the United States has signed a treaty that prohibits firearm and ammunition manufacturers from selling to the public. We will wake up another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that prohibits any transfer of firearm ownership. And then, we will wake up yet another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that requires US citizens to deliver any firearm they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face imprisonment.

Oh Dear. Socialism fear tactic. Listen, I love your blog, but this is so misguided. The Supreme Court reversed a decision made in the 1930’s about the Second Amendment which placed the right of ownership in this hands of the individual. Not even POTUS can overrule that nor find “a legal way around it” plain and simple. The treaty deals with illegal guns sales overseas - gun running. We have enough problems with illegal sales crossing State lines that are adding up to quite a body count for anyone to pay this any serious concern. As a legal conceal and carry owner, lack of some sort of control by States to curb this problem troubles me very much. I find it odd that licenses for guns have spiked with little or no background checks or training. We require drivers of cars to go through far more hoops because they could hurt someone driving form point A to point B, but do little to put a gun in a person’s hand that is manufactured to kill in the first place. Please read the actual treaty and refrain from the Obamathemulsimantireligioncommunistmuslim1984notacitizenborninkenya pitch before re-posting it. It sort of takes away from the truth. However, if you are for illegal activity and the death of innocents for profits, then continue with the NRA propaganda.
No. I didn’t vote for Pres. Obama. I’m not a liberal. And I love the U.S. Constitution. However, I don’t abide by the Fox/Bush/Cheney fear tactics either or just plain Obama bashing that lacks substance or truth.
A couple nights ago, I ventured out to the controversially Jewish-themed restaurant, Under the Golden Rose. I had avoided the restaurant, but after seeing it featured in the news and several blogs (http://www.theworld.org/2012/02/ukraine-lviv-theme-restaurants/), I wanted to judge for myself.
I watched the video and realized why I left tumblr. There is so much wrong with it and I don’t understand why you don’t get it. I read the blog and get a bad feeling as you seem, in the end, just brush it aside as a off-handed joke. And I would also like to know what you told the child about his fear of Jewish people. Obviously an adult instilled that fear.
Are there any restaurants that make fun of other races/cultures/religions? If there was a restaurant in the Southern U.S. that made fun of slaves would you write the same thing?
Do you realize how the Ukrainians assisted the Nazi and were pro-Nazi and went out of their way to kill Jews just for being born Jewish? Does Babi Yar mean anything to you. Sorry, but using the Soviets as an excuse is weak and wrong. I leave you with a quote from a newspaper published in the Ukraine in 1941, September: “The element that settled our cities (Jews)… must disappear completely from our cities. The Jewish problem is already in the process of being solved.”
If I ever go there, I wouldn’t eat at that place for any reason. I would only want to burn it to the ground.
